In compliance with project specifications, Landmark Property Services respectfully submits our guarantee of  workmanship furnished by Landmark Property Services for a period of 5 years. The warranty period will be as follows:

Date ending

Equipment and materials furnished by others, but installed by Landmark Property Services, are not covered by this warranty, except for the installation work performed by Landmark Property Services.

Ordinary wear is not covered by this warranty. The owner's abuse, neglect or failure to perform recommended maintenance procedures as stated in any and all owner’s manuals will void this warranty.

Should any problems occur during the specified warranty period, due to faulty workmanship, Landmark Property Services will correct the problems, without charge, to the satisfaction of the owner.

Any and all drywall repairs that become necessary will be completed to paint stage, priming and painting will be the responsibility of the customer.

All special order and custom items that are not covered by product warranties will be the responsibility of the customer and not covered by this warranty. Our warranty does not cover acts of God, weather,unreasonable wear, etc. This warranty entitles the customer to 2 repairs at no charge to the customer within the 5 year time span.
