The details of our 5 year warranty can be found below.
Here’s a list of what we cover:
1. All painting projects we do have a “no paint peel guarantee” for 5 years from the date of completion. If a project that we do fails we cover it. The only exceptions would be is if the surfaces we prepped were intentionally destroyed or if the surfaces were damaged through an act of weather or otherwise. This would cover all commercial and residential painting projects. All commercial/residential are covered. The only item not covered by our 5 year warranty is exterior stain work. Meaning any and all decks, fences, shutters, posts, etc. etc. Exterior stains will not hold up to hot Texas summers and cold Texas winters and frankly the sun fades them out as well. The life expectency of even the most expensive outdoor stains is at best 1-3 years before it needs to be redone.
a. If it determined that the surfaces we performed work on have failed we will repair it at our discretion. In other words we’ll take care of it. A warranty does no good if we don’t back it up. If it is determined that the surfaces were intentionally destroyed or were damaged by weather or otherwise we will happily provide a quote to repair it.
2. Any and all painting projects are backed by our 5 year warranty. Doesn’t matter if it’s kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, whole homes, warehouse, commercial, etc. If we did the work we’ll back it 100%. For example, if we purchased and installed a faucet and after 4.5 years it fails, we’ll replace it. It’s really that easy. The only exception would be if we determine that something was intentionally destroyed or the damage was/is weather related. The only other exception would be if the client purchased said materials we will gladly provide the labor to reinstall it and the client can purchase another said item. All commercial/industrial/residential are covered.
3. Our 5 year warranty is not transferable.
4. We use the best painting, prep, and building materials offered on the market. Over the last 30+ years we’ve had only one warranty claim. We took care of it and no further issues have arisen.
5. There’s a reason we put it in writing, we want our clients and prospective clients to know that we back our work and can reference this post.
