Are you licensed, insured, and bonded? Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, with comprehensive liability and workers’ compensation coverage. All crew members are background-checked for your peace of mind.

Pricing and Quotes

How much does it cost to paint the exterior (or interior) of my home? Pricing depends on the size of the home, the amount of preparation needed, number of colors, and any repairs. As a general guide:

A typical 2,000 sq ft home exterior usually ranges from $3,500 to $8,500.
Full exterior projects can range from $2,500 to $12,000+.

Interior projects vary widely based on scope. We provide free, no-obligation on-site estimates and can often beat competing bids by at least 10%. We also offer discounts for seniors and active military, law enforcement, and firefighters.

Can you give me a quote over the phone or by email? For the most accurate quote, we prefer an on-site visit because proper surface preparation is critical and difficult to assess remotely. We can provide a rough guesstimate over the phone, but the final price may adjust after seeing the property in person.

How long is your quote valid? Our written quotes are valid for 30 days, consistent with industry standards, due to fluctuations in material and labor costs.

Timelines and Process

How long does a typical painting project take? Timelines vary by project size and preparation needs:

Single room or small interior: 2–4 days
Full home interior: 1–3 weeks
Typical 2,000 sq ft exterior: 3–5 days (weather permitting)
Commercial projects: Often phased or scheduled after-hours to minimize disruption

We follow a proven 6-step process: consultation, transparent quote, expert preparation and protection, precision painting, thorough cleanup, and final walk-through with follow-up.

What is your preparation and cleanup process? Preparation makes up about 70% of a quality paint job. We power wash exteriors, repair or replace rotted wood/siding, scrape loose paint, sand, prime as needed, and thoroughly protect all non-painted surfaces with tape, drop cloths, and plastic. For interiors, we move furniture when requested. We clean up daily and always leave your property spotless.

Paint and Materials

What paint brands do you use? We primarily use premium Sherwin-Williams paints and stains (for over 25 years) because of their quality, durability, and availability in the DFW area. Benjamin Moore is also available upon request. We offer low-VOC and eco-friendly options for healthier indoor air quality, especially important for families and occupied homes.

Do you spray or roll/brush when painting? We typically spray exteriors for even coverage and efficiency. For occupied interiors or businesses, we usually roll and brush to minimize overspray and disruption.

Can we buy our own materials? Yes, you are welcome to supply the materials. However, our 5-year warranty on workmanship will only cover labor—not customer-supplied materials.

Warranty and Guarantees

What warranty do you offer? All residential and commercial projects come with a 5-year warranty on workmanship. We also provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee—if you’re not happy with the final result, we’ll make it right.

What commercial painting services do you provide? We offer interior and exterior commercial painting for offices, retail spaces, warehouses, restaurants, medical facilities, churches, HOAs, apartments, and more. We specialize in durable coatings, minimal business disruption (through phased work or after-hours scheduling), and necessary repairs.

Can you help me choose paint colors? Absolutely! We provide free color consultations, carry color decks in our trucks, and can recommend shades that work well with your home’s style, lighting, and the DFW climate (heat, humidity, and UV exposure). Many clients also use free online apps or visit Sherwin-Williams showrooms with our guidance.

Do you install windows? Yes. We install vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows, along with storm shutters, glazing, wood repairs, and window sills.

Do you build decks and outdoor structures? Yes. We build decks of almost any size, arbors, pergolas, enclosed porches, planter boxes, sunrooms, and more.

Scheduling and Policies

How far in advance do I need to schedule? We are typically booked 2–3 weeks out. However, we can often accommodate faster turnaround if we have a cancellation. Spring and summer months fill up quickly in Texas.

Will I need to be home during the project? Not necessarily for exterior work. For interior projects, we can work around your schedule and coordinate access as needed.

Do you accept credit or debit cards? Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
