How long will the work take?
Timing depends on scope, preparation, drying requirements, access and, for exteriors, weather. Ask about current availability and the expected sequence before scheduling.
What preparation is involved?
Preparation may include cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, priming and agreed repairs. Discuss protection for adjacent surfaces, furniture-moving responsibilities and cleanup.
Will I need to be home?
Discuss access, security and occupied areas during the estimate. Requirements differ for interior and exterior work.
Can commercial work be phased?
