If you have a project at your home or business that you would like to get an estimate on then the process below is what you’re looking for. Our goal to to make it as easy as we can from start to finish. We do not believe in high pressure sales tactics, we want your experience with us to be as pleasurable as possible.

We send you details and a cost estimate of your project needs via email. Our estimates are easy to read and very detailed. If you have questions or need to add or subtract something just send us an email.

If we’re hired for the project
Send us an email authorizing us to do the project and we’ll email you back with a start date. It’s that easy. If we’re not selected for the project you’ll never hear from us again.

Will I receive a response within 4 hours?
Yes, absolutely! Our commitment is to get back to you promptly within 4 hours from the time of your inquiry. Your time is valuable, and we strive to provide swift and efficient communication. Most of the time we’ll get back to you in under an hour.
What type of remodeling/renovations does your company do?
We have the capability to remodel/renovate residential kitchens, bathrooms, whole homes. Move walls, add lighting, new cabinets counter tops, and more. Also everything and anything having to do with exterior remodeling and repairs, from siding to decks, we can take on any size project. With regard to commercial we can build out offices, renovate kitchens, warehouse repairs and more. Have questions? Contact us.
Does your company ask for a deposit before work starts?
In some instances yes we do. If the scope of work we estimate exceeds the $1,500.00 benchmark then we’ll respectfully ask for a deposit of 1/3 of the total estimate amount when the project starts. Estimate amounts under that benchmark we do not ask for a deposit.
Does your company price match the competition?
Absolutely!! We’ll price match other contractors bids and in most cases beat their bid by 10%.

Our “Pro Tip” Section
- No matter what tradesman you’re looking to hire always get a minimum of 3 quotes.
- When you do make a selection always go with the company in the middle.
- Verify all materials to be used, that especially goes for the painting business. In other words if they’re charging for “45 year caulking compound” verify that is what they’re using. The same applies to paint. Remember, it’s YOUR home or business!
- Always go through the quote you receive, ask questions PRIOR to the work starting.
- If ANY contractor can start the same or the next day, they’re probably not any good. A good and reputable contractor will ALWAYS have a backlog of work.
- If ANY contractor feels the need to put on the “hard sell” run don’t just walk. Look, once we give a quote we’ve never felt the need to call a prospective customer 20 times. Once our company sends a quote via email we wait for the customer to respond to us. If we don’t get a reply email then we obviously didn’t get the project. It’s really that simple, we don’t like the hard sell or trying to pressure a prospective client to use our services.
- A reputable contractor will always know their products. If they can’t explain the process and the materials being used then they’re probably not the contractor to use. As we said above, “ask questions”.
- Always ask if there is a warranty for the material and services provided. Make sure it’s not a “Tail light Warranty”. Never heard of that? A tail light warranty is when you don’t see their tail lights any longer the warranty is expired.
