We send you details and a cost estimate of your project needs via email. Our estimates are easy to read and very detailed. If you have questions or need to add or subtract something just send us an email.

If we’re hired for the project
Send us an email authorizing us to do the project and we’ll email you back with a start date. It’s that easy. If we’re not selected for the project you’ll never hear from us again.

What brand of paints does your company use??
95% of the time we use Sherwin Williams interior and exterior paints. We also use Benjamin Moore from time to time. Both companies have quality paint products that far exceed those of the big box stores.
Can we provide the materials for our painting and remodeling projects?
Sure, our customers are more than welcome to provide the materials for the projects we work on. However, our 5 year materials and labor warranty will not apply to these projects.
Does your company ask for a deposit before work starts?
In some instances yes we do. If the scope of work we estimate exceeds the $1,500.00 benchmark then we’ll respectfully ask for a deposit of 1/3 of the total estimate amount when the project starts. Estimate amounts under that benchmark we do not ask for a deposit.
Does your company price match the competition?

- Interior and exterior commercial painting-“including warehouse, manufacturing facilities, self storage, restaurant, retail, grocery stores, parking garages, hotels, motels, storefront, gas and service stations, offices, corporate”.
- Interior and exterior remodeling (Bathrooms, kitchens, Living rooms, siding, garages, offices, warehouse, shed, hotels, motels, corporate offices, churches, services stations, retail, restaurant) If you don’t see your specific Item listed please contact us, there is a great chance we’ve remodeled it before.
- All residential and commercial repairs, doors, walls, ceilings, siding, flooring, baseboard and trim, garage door bumpers, soffit, fascia, windows, shelving, drop in ceilings, framing, bathrooms, kitchens, offices, backsplashes, tile, granite counter tops, new cabinets. If you don’t see what you require listed please contact us. There is a high likelihood we’ve remodeled/ repaired it before.
